REFUND POLICY
Artenevo sells digital wall art and downloadable digital products. No physical products are shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and digital products are non-refundable once the order has been completed and the digital files have been made available for download or access.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All products sold by Artenevo are digital products.
When you purchase a digital artwork, you are purchasing access to downloadable digital files. No physical artwork, printed product, frame, or other physical item will be shipped.
Because digital files can be accessed, downloaded, copied, and stored electronically, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference after purchase.
NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
All sales of digital products are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Incorrect product selection
• Purchasing the wrong artwork
• Purchasing the wrong format or size
• Personal preference
• Not liking the artwork after purchase
• Deciding that the artwork does not suit your space
• No longer needing the product
• Failure to review the product description before purchasing
• Failure to review the included file formats or specifications before purchasing
BEFORE PURCHASING
We strongly recommend reviewing the complete product listing before completing your purchase.
Product pages may include important information regarding:
• Artwork details
• Included digital files
• File formats
• Available sizes or aspect ratios
• Printing information
• Personal-use license
• Other product specifications
If you are unsure whether a particular artwork, format, or product is suitable for your needs, please contact us through Shopify Inbox before purchasing.
DOWNLOAD OR ACCESS ISSUES
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased files, please contact us through Shopify Inbox.
Please provide your order information and a brief description of the problem.
We will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchased files.
CORRUPTED OR DEFECTIVE FILES
If a purchased digital file is technically defective, corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product described, please contact us through Shopify Inbox.
Where appropriate, we may provide a corrected or replacement digital file.
A technical issue with a digital file does not automatically result in a refund. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing the appropriate digital product or technical assistance.
DUPLICATE CHARGES
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical or payment error, please contact us through Shopify Inbox.
We will review the transaction and take appropriate action if a duplicate charge is confirmed.
UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us as soon as possible through Shopify Inbox and provide the relevant order information.
We will review the transaction and assist you with the matter where appropriate.
REFUND EXCEPTIONS
Because all Artenevo products are digital products, refunds are not offered as a standard option.
In exceptional circumstances involving a confirmed technical, payment, or fulfillment issue that cannot reasonably be resolved by providing access to the purchased product or a replacement file, Artenevo may review the matter individually.
Any exception is made at our discretion and does not create an obligation to provide refunds for other purchases.
